Apple launched the film “The Family Plan” on Apple TV+ in December of last year. There Mark Wahlberg plays the family man Dan Morgen, who is currently a car salesman but was an assassin in his previous life.
As is the case with the usual storyline, his past catches up with him and he has to embark on a journey full of difficulties with his family. Of course, he needs the skills he learned back then to pass.
The comedy follows a not-so-new storyline, but was obviously well received by the audience. Why? Apple Original Films announces a sequel starring Mark Wahlberg and Michelle Monaghan, Zoe Colletti and Van Crosby. Simon Cellan Kones will also return to the set as director.
