After numerous complaints about the subject went viral on the internet, Apple admitted the crash in the iPhone 14 which makes the Pro Max version have colored horizontal lines that are blinking on the device’s screen. Reports began to emerge last month, but only on Friday (13) that the company issued an internal statement on the subject.

In the text, the manufacturer acknowledges that the bug exists and that it is investigating its origin. Although it still does not have a definitive answer for phone users, Apple says that the crash should not be due to a physical problem with the device, and that an iOS update should resolve the issue.
When did the crash start on the iPhone 14 Pro Max?
According to the website specializing in items from the manufacturer, MacRumors, the problem would have started just after a system update last month. Now, the fix should come in the update to version 16.2.1 of iOS, the iPhone’s operating system.
The site also points out that some iPhone 14 Pro users also report a similar problem when they restart the cell phone.
In Brazil, the iPhone 14 Pro Max was launched for R$ 10,499. Today, it costs just over R$9,000. This is the most advanced model in the company’s latest lineup.
