According to Apple representatives, the problem is purely a software issue and not a hardware issue. They noted that everything will be fixed without slowing down the processor or other solutions that worsen the performance of smartphones. Overheating occurs when using some popular applications, and some of their developers have already made the necessary adjustments themselves.
Complaints about the increased temperature of the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max smartphones began to appear en masse online at the end of September. Some users noted that the device is literally impossible to hold in their hands. However, they did not include any performance-demanding applications – problems appeared even when listening to music on Spotify.
