Madrid, Nov 30 (EFE) .- The UEFA Apalation Committee has confirmed the sanction imposed on Kerem Demibay, a Bayer Leverkusen player, for three suspension matches after being sent off in the Europa League match against Betis.
Appeal has rejected the appeal filed by the German club and confirmed the suspension. He already completed the first of them on the 25th against Celtic and therefore has two more left, with which he will miss the matches of the next tie.
Likewise, it agrees to suspend the players of the Maltese Hibernians Ferndinando Apap and Bjorn Kristensen for two and four games for directing abusive language and insulting, respectively, the referee of the match against Riga in the Conference League.
Finally, West Ham’s appeal is partially upheld and a fine of 30,000 euros is imposed on him for throwing objects onto the field, in the Europa League clash against Rapid Vienna. EFE
