Apostolos Lytras will not be able to practice his profession for the next six months, following a decision by the Athens Bar Association.
He spoke on the “Live News” program of the Mega television station, about the incident, which he described as sad, as he was informed by the media. At the same time, the well-known criminologist stated that the Association should investigate how this leak occurred.
Apostolos Lytras, on the other hand, noted that for the moment no official decision has been served on him.
«The office will operate as normal. I have 10 worthy associates who have remained by my side. For me, a problem will arise from this pause, but not to the extent that some would expect“, the criminologist explained.
«I cannot understand the reflexes of the Bar in my own case, which it does not show in more serious matters. I respect the decision, I will appeal the suspension part. I think it’s a wrong decision and there won’t be any problem“, emphasized Apostolos Lytras.
