We apologize for the difficulties that occurred during the AlloBank Festival ticket purchase process at detikEvent and understand your disappointment for taking the time and effort to get tickets but to no avail.
The enthusiasm that came in was extraordinary, hundreds of thousands of detikEvent visitors tried to buy Allo Bank Festival tickets per second. This is really beyond our expectation.
We take a look at your criticisms, complaints and input, Allo friends, through direct messages or openly via social media. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
This is a valuable lesson for us in the future to prepare better services. As shared knowledge, difficulties related to ticket sales are problems at detikEvent, not at Allo Bank.
Through this open information, we also inform you that the ticket sales for the first and second days have been sold out. Festival music fans can still access third day ticket purchases. The Outdoor Stage area can be visited immediately by making an on-site purchase of IDR 1,000 using the QRIS payment method in your AlloPrime account.
