This year, the cycle of classical music in the Apollonia 2024 program will be opened with a concert by Pancho Vladigerov’s grandchildren, which will mark the 125th anniversary of his birth. Pancho Vladigerov Jr., Ekaterina, Alexander and Konstantin Vladigerov will take the stage, and they will play some of the most exciting compositions of their famous grandfather.
Another emblematic concert will take place on September 7, when one of the most beloved rock groups – “The Foundation” – will take the stage together with the Plovdiv Philharmonic.
They will perform the eternal hits of the legendary “FSB”, “Crickets”, “BTR” and the duo “Donny and Momchil”. Tickets for all events are now on sale on the Eventim network. And this year, a “golden ticket” can be purchased, which gives access to a reserved seat for all events.
The audience will be able to enjoy Vasil Petrov’s concert on September 3, as well as the special concert – a performance by Hilda Kazasyan and the Pleven Philharmonic on September 5, which will fill Sozopol with unforgettable emotions. In addition to captivating jazz performances, Apollonia’s program also includes many favorite artists such as Stefan Valdobrev and “The Usual Suspects”, Beloslava, Vladi Ampov – Grafa and others.
Fans of classical music will be able to enjoy on August 31 the performance of Albena Danailova – violin, Rumen Tsvetkov – viola, and Alexander Somov – cello, the recitals of Ludmil Angelov on September 3, of Suzana Klincharova on September 6, and others. Tickets for these are also still available on the Eventim network.
And this year, the Apollonia 2024 Arts Festival will present not only a unique musical program, but also impressive exhibitions, premiere film productions, incredible theater productions and literary events.
