Confidence and Vasco tied 0-0 when, at 10 minutes into the second half, a move could have changed the course of the match. According to Fernanda Colombo, referee of Grupo Globo, referee Raphael Claus should have scored a penalty for Dragão in the 10th minute, when Leandro Castán, from Vasco, knocked down Álvaro, from Confiança, inside the area.
–
In the bid, Dragão’s midfielder tried an individual play inside the area and ended up being grabbed and then knocked down by the Vasco defender. At first, the referee Raphael Claus ordered the game to continue and after being called by the VAR for review, he kept the initial decision and did not score the penalty for the Sergipe team.

– I disagree with the appointment. For me, Castán was reckless and committed the penalty on Álvaro – said Colombo.

Soon after the unmarked penalty, Vasco managed to score two goals in two minutes with Cano and Ricardo Graça. Nirley still scored for the Sergipe team, but the reaction stopped there.
