The management and shareholders of Alūksnes putnu ferma or APF Holdings group of companies (APF or Group) have decided to start listing APF shares on the stock exchange as part of the initial public offering (IPO). At the beginning of October, the Group published the IPO prospectus approved by the Bank of Latvia on its website, which allows for a more detailed review of the Group’s IPO plans. As part of the analysis, we will look at both the mentioned IPO prospectus and other publicly available information with the main goal – to evaluate whether we want to be a part of this APF IPO growth story.
