This is a particularly big event in the Latvian capital market, which does not spoil investors with a wide range of good issuers. This is how private investor Pēteris Mattisons begins his thoughts on the APF Holdings IPO, whose conclusions can be read below.
Last week, our assessment was passed APF Holdings initial public offering prospectus. I must admit that in my 30 years of experience as an investor and entrepreneur, I have never bought a company’s shares in an IPO. In my view, an IPO is an attempt to sell a more or less realistic business plan for the most favorable price for the existing shareholders.
