Apex Legends with poor reviews from Nintendo Switch. Bugs, terrible optimization and low resolution

Apex Legends hit the Nintendo Switch, but the production receives very poor ratings. The creators of Panic Button did not do the best with preparing the version for the Nintendo console. The game is supposed to fail in the most important elements.

Apex Legends landed on the Nintendo Switch this week and although the experienced Panic Button was responsible for the production, we cannot talk about exceptional results. We already knew beforehand that there would be some limitations as well we heard the details of the low resolution, but the first reviews leave no doubt.

The Battle Royale game looks bad, which greatly affects the gameplay – distant opponents are hard to spot. Apex Legends also has a big problem at just 30fps and the declines are very severe. In addition, it’s best to turn off cross-play, as other platforms have a strong advantage – due to better visibility, much smoother gameplay and the ability to play, for example, with a mouse and keyboard. There are new bugs in the title that you won’t experience on other platforms.

Journalists emphasize that we get here “portable Apex Legends” with a really large set of various characters, and the title of Respawn Entertainment itself does not disappoint, but the aforementioned disadvantages significantly affect the experience.

This is the first Apex Legends ratings on the Nintendo Switch:

  • 65 – Jeuxvideo.com
  • 65 – Multiplayer.it
  • 60 – Pocket Tactics
  • 50 – Nintendo Life
  • 40 – Gameblog.fr

Did you have the opportunity to play? I actually wanted to try it, but now I don’t know if it makes sense to download the production.
