– New October with 3,200 housing units, 10th of Ramadan with 120 housing units, New Burj Al Arab with 1,000 housing units, Sadat with 2,400 housing units, New Akhmim with 1,550 housing units, New Sohag with 420 housing units, and New Qena with 1,000 housing units.
Units ready for immediate delivery to low and middle income citizens in the governments:
– Giza (Al-Ayat, and Al-Qatouri Islands) with 2,455 housing units, Sharqia with 335 housing units, Menoufia with 3,045 housing units, Fayoum with 3,495 housing units, and Ismailia with 250 housing units.
Beheira has 1,320 housing units, Matrouh housing units 400, North Sinai housing unit 595, South Sinai housing unit 250, Beni Suef housing unit 825, Minya housing unit 777, Sohag housing unit 851, Qena housing unit 2,955, and Assiut 100,000. 3,130 housing units, Luxor with 2,610 housing units, and Aswan with 665 housing units, with priority given to low-income citizens.

The price of the housing units that were ready for immediate delivery to citizens with low and medium incomes in the governments was between 184 thousand pounds and 400 thousand pounds.
The price of residential units ready for immediate delivery to low-income citizens in new cities is between 415 thousand pounds and 530 thousand pounds.
The price of housing units delivered within 36 months for low-income citizens in new cities is between 542 thousand pounds and 700 thousand pounds.
The Head of the Social Housing and Real Estate Financial Support Fund explained that the contract with the real estate financing system will have an interest rate of 8% per year for low-income citizens, and 12% interest per year for high-income citizens -moderate income, with a down payment starting from 20% for an installment period of up to 20 years.
Payment method and terms:
1- The applicant is forbidden to buy units in cash, and is obliged to contract and pay
2- The age of the applicant with low and medium income cannot be less than 21 years on the date of the end of the notice, and he must have the capacity to act and contract.
3- The age of the applicant with a low income cannot be more than 50 years on the date of the notification.
4- The age of the applicant with moderate income cannot exceed the pension age (established in the Social Security and Pensions Law published by Law No. 148 of 2019) at the end of the loan term (on to be determined according to the credit check of the financing party).
5- The minimum monthly net income for the applicant to deal with the real estate financing system is 3,500 pounds.
6- The net monthly / annual income from all sources of income of the citizen applicant with a low income cannot exceed 15 thousand pounds per month, at a rate of 180 thousand pounds per year, for family, and 12 thousand pounds per month, at a rate of 144 thousand pounds per year, for an individual.
