Seven consumers DFSK sued PT Sokonindo Automobile (DFSK Indonesia). The consumer complained about the car DFSK Glory 580 1.5 Turbo CVT is not strong uphill.
Through their attorney David Tobing, seven DFSK Glory 580 Turbo CVT 2018 consumers sued PT Sokonindo Automobile and six other parties as DFSK authorized dealers and workshops. The lawsuit is registered by e-court (online) at the South Jakarta District Court with registration number: PN JKT.SEL-122020BS2 dated December 3, 2020.
It is said, the DFSK Glory 580 Turbo CVT in the year of making 2018 experienced problems when walking on an incline and / or when on an uphill traffic jam (stop & go) both when used outside the city or in a mall parking lot.
According to David, this problem is also experienced by consumers DFSK Glory 580 turbo CVT in addition to the seven plaintiffs. After filing a lawsuit with the South Jakarta District Court, David admitted to receiving the same complaints from several other consumers.
