Apart from BLT for Workers, There is KUR Assistance for Housewives, See the Conditions

MANTRASUKABUMI – The government implemented a policy of providing direct cash assistance (BLT) for people affected by Covid-19.

Currently the government is also adding by providing assistance to workers with a salary of under IDR 5 million.

This was done in order to accelerate the absorption of the National Economic Recovery (PEN) budget due to the impact of Covid-19 that hit.

Apart from these two policies, the government also provides a budget for housewives who wish to apply for loans through the People’s Business Credit program (WHEN).

The government says that it has prepared funds of Rp. 12 trillion for this. The loan is given without interest until the end of this year.

“The credit interest received is 0 percent until the end of the year,” said Iskandar Simorangkir, Deputy for Macroeconomic and Financial Coordination at the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs, Iskandar Simorangkir, as quoted by PMJ News on Friday, August 14, 2020.
