Business license Kafe holywings, South Jakarta, frozen due to crowds during PPKM level 3. Deputy Governor (Wagub) DKI Jakarta Ahmad Riza Patria stressed that his party did not hesitate to take action against cafes that violated the rules.
“We ask all restaurants, cafes, so that even if there is an easing it is possible to open discipline, we ask to keep paying attention health protocol related to operational hours and capacity,” said Riza at DKI Jakarta City Hall, Jalan Medan Merdeka Selatan, Central Jakarta, Monday (6/9/2021).
He said that action against those who violate the rules will be carried out indiscriminately.
Anyone will be punished! We have no doubts about anyone backing behind it, we will take action for restaurants, cafes, offices and so on,” he said.
Riza realizes that every cafe, restaurant, or office must have one backing-an. However, Riza reiterated that cafes that violate will still be dealt with.
“Yes, whichever cafe, restaurant, office there is backing-nya, stay we do,” he said.
Holywings Permits Frozen and Fined
It is known that the crowd of visitors at Holywings Kemang had a long tail. Now, Holywings’ business license is frozen.
“Referring to Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2020, therefore the sanction imposed on Holywings is the temporary suspension of operational permits, we will freeze the permit,” said Head of DKI Jakarta Satpol PP Arifin at the location, South Jakarta.
In addition, the DKI Jakarta Satpol PP has imposed administrative fines on Holywings Kemang tens of millions of rupiah.
“Then an administrative fine of Rp 50 million will be imposed,” he added.
