The Queen’s Gambit star Anya Taylor-Joy tied the knot with her partner Malcolm McRae in a romantic ceremony in Venice over the weekend.
She said the coveted “yes” in front of 150 guests, including model Cara Delevingne, Julia Garner and Nicholas Hoult.
At the beginning of the wedding day, Anya was photographed by the vigilant paparazzi on the balcony of the hotel where the whole group was staying. The blonde enjoyed her morning coffee wearing a white silk robe with no make-up or hairdo.
For the ceremony, the actress made her beautiful transformation, appearing in a beige-hued princess dress covered in embroidery and embellishments, including images of birds and flowers all over the bodice. On her head was an ethereal white veil.
Cara, 31, opted for a suit with a tuxedo and a sleeveless vest, which had a rather generous neckline and revealed much of the model’s bust.
The paparazzi photos from the event also drew the attention of social media users to the hands of actor Nicholas Hoult and his girlfriend, as they both appeared to be wearing rings, leading to speculation that the two may also have tied the knot in a secret wedding.
