Antstream Arcade has officially been announced for the Xbox. The cloud gaming service dedicated to retrogaming will be available for the Microsoft platform from July 21, 2023. It is the first third-party cloud service to launch on the platform.
What is Antstream Arcade?
Antstream Arcade is a subscription service, with multiple access options to its catalog for gamers, which allows you to play many classic cloud games like Speedball 2, Manic Miner, Space Invaders, Pac-Man, Mortal Kombat and many more. It will be usable on Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One. Its catalog includes games from Atari, Commodore, Sega, Nintendo and PlayStation, to name a few.
The service will be available in Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. It is possible to use VPN, but in their FAQ the team does not recommend doing so.
Antstream Arcade is currently playable on multiple devices and platforms: PC, Mac, Android, Nvidia Shield, Amazon Fire TV, and Atari VCS.
Antstream Arcade was released in 2019. In 2021, it was also released on the Epic Games Store.
