Italian media recorded the arrest of one of the idols of the Cali America and former player of the Colombian national team Antony ‘the smurf’ from Ávila in the city of Naples. The capture order against the footballer originates from the 2001 when he was allegedly charged by the international drug production and trafficking.
At the time of arrest, Antony was accompanied by two Neapolitan drug dealers with which he had been related and investigated years ago. According to the Italian media, the meeting would have the purpose of resuming contacts between the Colombian and the traffickers.
