Antoine, a 22-year-old Belgian boy won the battle against Kevin Dozot on The Voice France on Saturday evening. The artists in Marc Lavoine’s team delivered a magnificent interpretation of the famous title ” Nothing Compares 2 You ”. Antoine therefore flies to the next stage of the competition, that of knockouts.
Antoine Delie, a 22-year-old Belgian from Baudour, definitely seems to be one of the favorites for this new season of The Voice France. He had convinced the four coaches to turn around during his blind audition, on a magnificent interpretation of the title “The Rain” by Orelsan and Stromae. “We witnessed something fabulous. I think you are The Voice “said Amel Bent after his blind. The young man had chosen to continue the adventure with Marc Lavoine.
On Saturday evening, during the first session of the battles, his unique timbre of voice once again seduced judges and the public alike. Real “UFO” on the set, as Pascal Obispo says, Antoine was able to convince his coach to choose him to continue the journey in The Voice adventure. The two artists competed on the famous “Nothing Compares 2 You” by Sinead O’Connor, in the version of Jimmy Scott.
“Frankly, you got me this evening. I am really very satisfied, ”assured their coach, visibly upset. Despite Kevin Dozot’s performance, it’s Antoine who Marc Lavoine chose to take to the knockout stage, the next stage of the competition.
Lara Fabian breaks the rules
Three talents from Lara Fabian’s team clashed exceptionally together, since the international star had only 13 talents, not 14 like the other coaches, in his team.
Cheyenne, Maria and Amaury delivered a simply incredible performance on “You raise me up” from Secret Garden. The coaches were moved to tears by this unforgettable battle, which knew how to give shivers to the whole audience. An exceptional moment, charged with emotions of an intensity hitherto unmatched on the set.
At the end of this performance, Lara Fabian chose Cheyenne, the country girl, to take him to knockout … before making an unprecedented request to Nikos.
In fact, the artist asked to be able to choose a second talent, in order to find himself on par with the other coaches during the next stage. After receiving the green light from the production, Lara Fabian therefore allowed Maria and her crystal voice to continue alongside him.

A very rock battle
Blow of heart for the last battle of the evening, a very rock’n’roll battle! Yoann Dejean faced, alone, the trio of La Rafa Mia on “The daughter of Santa Claus”. Guitar in hand, the four artists ignited the set of The Voice.
Despite the difficulty of the exercise, it was Yoann who was able to stand out and make Marc Lavoine want to continue the competition with him.
