Anthony Davis continues to lead the Lakers

Kristaps Porzingis did his best in front of his fans, finishing in a double-double with 27 points and 9 rebounds, but the Washington Wizards found themselves in a 130-119 loss to the Los Angeles Lakers.

The main reason why the Giallorossi prevailed was Anthony Davis, who had one of his best games in the NBA: 55 points and 17 rebounds with 22/30 shooting from the field and 9/9 free throws.

LeBron James added 29 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists, while Russell Westbrook had 15 assists. On the losing side, Deni Avdija had 7 points and 8 rebounds.

Nikola Jokic flirted with a triple-double in Denver’s loss to New Orleans. The Serbian superstar had 32 points, 16 rebounds and 9 assists.

José Alvarado was instrumental for the Pelicans, scoring 38 points, the most ever scored by an undrafted player off the bench in an NBA game since the starters were first bought in 1970-71, according to ESPN. Jonas Valanciunas contributed to the 121-106 win with 13 points.

Domantas Sabonis, unlike Jokic, had both the triple double and the win. The Kings beat Chicago 110-101 and the Lithuanian giant had 11 points, 17 rebounds and 10 assists against Nikola Vucevic, who had 12 points and 6 rebounds.
