Antam Distributes 2021 Dividend of IDR 930.87 Billion

Liputan6.com, Jakarta – Shareholders of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) or Antam agreed to the distribution of dividends cash amounting to Rp 930 billion.

Corporate Secretary Division Head AntamSyarif Faisal Alkadrie said the cash dividend amount was equivalent to 50 percent of the company’s net profit for the 2021 financial year.

“In the second AGMS agenda, it was approved to determine the use of net profit for the 2021 financial year attributable to owners of the parent company, namely dividends of 50 percent or Rp. 930.87 billion,” said Syarif in a press conference after the AGMS. This achievement was obtained from an increase in sales to Rp 38.44 trillion in 2021. It grew 40.4 percent from the same period the previous year of Rp. 27.37 trillion.

In addition to the distribution of dividends, shareholders also approved changes to the composition of the company’s management. In this AGMS, Gumilar Rusliwa Somantri and Anang Sri Kusuwardono have been reappointed as Independent Commissioners. Antam.
