A new investment plan for Italy linked to the expansion of the production center of Sesto Fiorentino (Florence), with new lines for the production of drugs: Eli Lilly will present it tomorrow with an event at the Sesto plant, entitled ‘This is the future – innovation at the center of Lilly’ strategies, and the symbolic start of work on the new lot covered by the investment.
Among the guests announced, who will give life to a conference on Lilly’s prospects in Italy and on the challenges of the pharmaceutical industry for the future, include the Minister of Business and Made in Italy Adolfo Urso, the Minister of Health Orazio Schillaci, and the the ambassador of the United States of America to Italy Jack Markell, as well as the president of Eli Lilly International, Ilya Yuffa, and the president and CEO of Eli Lilly Italia, Huzur Devletsah.
