ANPI reduces business creation costs – Journal du Gabon

The National Investment Promotion Agency (ANPI) held a meeting this Tuesday, July 30, 2024, to review the price list of the investment window.

In Gabon, Gabonese entrepreneurs will be able to spend less to create a business. For the creation of individual businesses, the formation cost rises from 85,000 FCFA to 50,000 FCFA. While SARL companies will see the cost of formation rise from 135,000 to 85,000 FCFA. We learn, on the AGP website.

According to the Director General of ANPI, Ghislain Moandza Mboma, who led the work, this initiative is in line with the policies of the Transitional President, General Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema, regarding the high cost of living and entrepreneurship. This measure should be operational by the end of August.

Remember that ANPI-GABON was created by Decree No. 311/MPIIHAT on September 25, 2014 and supports economic operators through the process of formalizing their businesses. It also ensures the promotion of investments by the Gabonese State nationally and internationally.
