The price of diesel will rise again tomorrow/Friday. A liter of diesel B7 will be 20.2 cents more expensive up to a maximum of 2,286 euros at the pump, the Federal Public Service Economy reported on Thursday. The price of heating oil also continues to rise.

Fuel prices had been rising for some time and since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the absolute record highs have been further tightened. On Saturday, for the first time in history, the 2 euros per liter mark (2.084 euros) was broken and now the price continues to rise, to above 2.2 euros per liter.
LPG is also becoming more expensive: plus 3.7 cents to a maximum price of 1.005 euros per litre, also a record.
Finally, the price of heating oil continues to rise. Home heating oil (gas oil heating 50S) costs 7.74 cents more for orders of more than 2,000 liters from Friday up to a maximum of 1.3908 euros per liter. This too is a record.
The price increases are the result of fluctuations in the quotations of oil products and biocomponents in fuels on the international markets.
