Pauline is pregnant in the eighth month and, following an illness, the Prosecutor would like to remove the case: Pauline insists on taking care of it and asks to be accompanied by her father Joseph. One of the suspects, Conan, admits he met Madaleine after contacting her on a dating site, but he claims he was a victim of the girl and her accomplice whose intent was to steal a very valuable vase.
As Audrey goes to Elaura to apologize for her reaction at the bachelorette party, someone watches over the house. When Elaura’s parents (Franck and Marianne) return home, they find no one: Elaura has disappeared. Her body is found on the beach: Itsas struck again.
At that point a wave of hatred is unleashed against Audrey, guilty of having an innocent person convicted, and her family.
