It is a proper test of the form of all cyclists before the upcoming Tour de France. During Dauphiné, a total of five hilly and mountain stages await the competitors.

During the opening part of the race, the riders completed eight categorized climbs. In total, the stage measured 215 kilometers and ended at the top of Saint Christo.
But the tough fight was already going on before him.
There were 22 kilometers to go when the Swiss Cavagna and Nor Kragh Andersen joined the Swiss Schär, the last survivor of the original five-member escape of the day.
One of the two Czech cyclists, Jan Hirt, was already missing at the time at the time. He resigned during the race due to injuries sustained in the last stage of the Tour de l´Ain.

The Belgian swung his legs just before the finish line and scared the other cyclists. He confirmed that after the restart of the season he is in great shape and scored his third victory.
