Another ten games in the NHL are postponed

The new decision concerns nine matches in Canada, where audience restrictions have recently been introduced. The matches, which were scheduled between December 31 and January 10, will be played again when the restrictions are lifted. The teams affected are Pittsburgh, Ottawa, Winnipeg, Calgary, Carolina, Toronto, Washington, Montreal, Buffalo, Seattle and Minnesota.

The tenth game postponed is Detroit’s game against the New Jersey Islanders on Wednesday.

Yesterday, the ice hockey league, which also extended the Christmas break that was introduced to get rid of the infection, postponed three matches (between Chicago and Winnipeg, and two matches between Dallas and Colorado), which would have been played on Wednesday and on New Year’s Eve.
