Schiedam – The number of Schiedammers who died of the coronavirus increased by one to 23.
At the RIVM, 27 Dutch people were reported to have died as a result of the corona virus on Thursday. That is less than yesterday, when there were 33 deaths.
A total of 5,775 corona patients have now died in the Netherlands, including 23 Schiedam residents.
Across the Netherlands, 13 patients have been reported today who have been or have been hospitalized due to COVID-19. That’s one less than yesterday.
In total, 11,640 corona patients have been or have been hospitalized. Including 55 Schiedammers (that is the same as in the past five days).
To date, 44,700 confirmed COVID-19 patients have been reported to RIVM (National Institute for Public Health and the Environment), an increase of 253.
Because not all COVID-19 patients are tested, the actual numbers in the Netherlands are higher than the numbers listed here.
