Amsterdam – The Dutch housing market also set a record in January. Existing owner-occupied homes were more than 21 percent more expensive than a year ago, Statistics Netherlands reported on Tuesday. Bloemendaal was overtaken by Dutch celebrities village Blaricum as the most expensive municipality.
