Another NBA star arrives in Taiwan! Ex Spurs Ayres happier than YA selfie: Need to learn more Chinese | Sports | Sanli News Network SETN.COM

After Warcraft Howard joined the Taiwan professional basketball team, another NBA star will join the Taiwan basketball team! Taoyuan Puyuan Pilot Ape announced yesterday (21) that he has signed center Jeff Ayres, who played in the NBA for 6 seasons and won a championship ring with the Spurs. He also came to Taiwan, and took a selfie at the ‘airport for post that he had arrived in Taiwan, taking a happy selfie to express that he was very happy, eager to compete with more powerful opponents.

Ayers said in an IG post with a smile and a happy smile, “Greetings from Taiwan, I can’t wait for the next stage. It seems I need to learn more about my Chinese.” Ayers who is 208cm tall played in the 2009 NBA Draft he was selected by the Kings. He has 6 years of NBA qualifying. He has played for the Trail Blazers, Pacers, Spurs and Clippers. He also won the championship with the team when he played for Spurs in 2014. He has also participated in the European League and has come to the Japanese B.LEAGUE professional basketball team in recent years to develop.

General manager Chen Xin’an said: “Ayers is a player with 13 years of professional qualifications. I hope he can pass on his experience on the field and lead the team to grow.” Since Ayers is currently in Taiwan, he will start training as soon as possible and adjust as best he can. Talking about the mood of joining Pilot Ape, Ayres said, “I am looking forward to meeting you and working with the team for best results!” Taoyuan Puyuan Pilot Ape will return to Taoyuan Arena for the opening home games on December 10.
