For the second time this week, Vodafone customers are experiencing inconvenience when calling and using the internet. The first complaints came in around 2.30 pm. On the website allestoringen.nl can be seen that the peak was around 3 p.m.
The telecom provider says it does not yet know anything about the cause of the national outage. It is also not clear whether there is a connection with the malfunction of two days ago. Just like now, thousands of complaints were received from customers who were unable to call or use the internet.
“We have now diverted mobile traffic to other data centers and now see that services are gradually coming back,” said a Vodafone spokesperson. It is not yet clear when the problems will be completely solved.
