According to the court’s decision, from the provisions of the Act on Media Services and Mass Communication relating to the national news agency
it does not follow that anyone has the right to demand the publication of a specific announcement within the framework of the OS service
– they emphasized.

previously, the Democratic Coalition lost all of its seven lawsuits against the public media, also objecting to MTI’s publishing practices.
The left-wing parties attacked the publication of the National Press Service despite the fact that in a written contract
the discretion of the public service media provider was recognized and accepted –

They added: previously, in the lawsuit initiated by DK, the Court confirmed that the contractual conditions themselves were also legal.
According to the final court decision, Jobbik is obliged to pay the costs of the proceedings to Duna Médiaszolgáltató Nonprofit Zrt. There is no room for review against the Court’s verdict, the announcement states.
