In yesterday’s committee meetings, Johannes Zollner was elected as a further member of the supervisory board of Styria Media Group AG and also of the real estate company “SAG Immobilien AG” of the media group. The father of two, Zollner, born in Graz in 1976, is a university professor at the Institute for Austrian and International Corporate and Business Law at the Karl-Franzens University.
In addition, Eva Heigl from Graz, board member of Kreuzschwestern Europa Mitte GmbH, was nominated by the administrative committee as a further member of the board of the Catholic Media Association Private Foundation.
