CD Projekt Red is currently the subject of a Cyberpunk 2077 class action lawsuit and may soon face another. Firm Sonic Law looking for people to join his upcoming lawsuit against CD Projekt Red. According to a press release, the law firm is looking for investors and shareholders in CD Projekt Red who have lost a significant amount of money as a result of the Cyberpunk 2077 launch.
The complaint is that investors are losing money on the console ports of Cyberpunk 2077 due to misleading comments made by CD Projekt Red ahead of the game’s release. Investors suffered significant losses due to these claims, as Cyberpunk 2077 was returned in droves and customers could not purchase it on PSN. Schall Law is looking for applicants for this case and people can apply to participate in it through its website.
Cyberpunk 2077 was one of the biggest disappointments of 2020, in no small part due to the terrible quality of the console versions of the game. CD Projekt Red has badly damaged its reputation. It’s one thing to lie to customers and fans, and another to lie to investors, and CD Projekt Red could be dragged into legal trouble for years to come.
