The BBC reports that Bulgaria has joined with Montenegro and North Macedonia.
This week, TVNET Group’s online magazine “Klik” announced that the decision not to enter the contest was made due to excessive costs.
“Klik”, in contact with Anita Jansoni, communications specialist of Latvian television (LTV), found out what decision Latvia has taken regarding participation in the Eurovision Song Contest. Jansone explained that this year participation in the Eurovision Song Contest cost Latvia about 140 thousand euros.
