Another Code: Recollection is (apart from a phenomenal title) a total remake of Another Code: Two Memories and Another Code: R on Nintendo DS and Wii respectively. It was announced at the Nintendo Direct in September. The demo version unfortunately only contains a small part of the first game, as they are connected in their stories. However, the progress you make will carry over into the full game should you purchase it.
Another Code is about a young girl, Ashley Mizuki Robins, and her mysterious and secretive family. The games are somewhat reminiscent of older Myst-style point-and-click adventures, but allow you to control directly rather than via mouse pointer. In this remake, both games have received a facelift with new environments, music, puzzles and voice acting. Navigation systems for new players, or players who mostly want to take part in the story, are also integrated.
Another Code: Recollection will be released exclusively on Nintendo Switch on January 19 next year.
