The British government announced on Thursday (May 5) that it would impose sanctions on the steel producer Evraz, which is the main producer of railroad tracks in Russia. Its largest shareholder is the oligarch Roman Abramovich, but this is not what may worry Vladimir Putin. More so because the railway is used to transport Russian troops to the war in Ukraine.
