Last year’s hit DOOM Eternal is one of the few sequels to the established series that managed to satisfy both deserving fans and complete novices (see our review). The purebred shooter has already managed to earn over 9 billion crowns to its publishers, so it is no wonder that it is trying to milk it a bit more. But don’t worry, they do it with feeling and the addition of Ancient Gods offers much more than forcibly set porridge (see our reviews).
The second part and probably the official farewell to Eternal will come unexpectedly on Thursday, March 18. The newly released trailer suggests that it will be a really dignified conclusion, some of the presented scenes are really epic.
Since I haven’t played the last episode yet, I have no idea what it’s actually talking about in the video, but it doesn’t matter at all – the event looks so cool that as soon as I write an article, I’m heading to Game Pass, where Eternal is currently free for PC and Xbox.
Unfortunately, this no longer applies to DLC Ancient Gods, it is available either for 440 CZK for one part or a total of 660 CZK.
