As it was detailed, the students of section A18, participating in the outsourced supervisor training that started in the fall of 2023, successfully passed their exams on January 15, thus taking another step towards their integration into the penitentiary organization. For many years, Pálhalma has been providing the Penitentiary Organization’s Education, Training and Rehabilitation Center with a location for the outsourced supervisor training, thereby contributing to the stabilization of not only the local personnel, but also the personnel of the country’s other penitentiary institutions. Out of the graduating class of 29 people, 17 were students from Pálhalma, the rest came from the penitentiary institutions in Budapest, the State Puszta, the Central Transdanubian, the Kalocsa and the Tököl penitentiaries. in the training. Nothing proves the talent of the Pálhalma students better than the fact that 11 of the 17 students passed the exam with distinction and 5 achieved good results. The employees who have been examined – now equipped with the necessary professional knowledge – will soon begin their practical services, thereby further strengthening the institute’s service provision.
