Another 1149 people were infected with the coronavirus in Lithuania; 16 dead
Another 1,499 people were confirmed infected with the coronavirus in Lithuania last day, and 16 deaths caused by Covid-19 were registered, the Department of Statistics announced on Sunday.
Since the start of the pandemic, 522,884 people have been diagnosed with coronavirus infection in the country.
A total of 7,420 people have died in Lithuania with Covid-19.
887 Covid-19 patients are currently being treated in hospitals, 103 of whom are in resuscitation.
