Your commitment
– Support and independent advice to customers on performance issues
– Review and billing of outpatient benefit cases, including granting or rejecting cost credits
– Checking and processing of inpatient benefit cases including issuing cost credits and processing of benefits
– Providing information on benefits to insured persons, authorities, hospitals, therapists, etc.
– Preparing the medical examiner cases for the medical examiner coordination office
– Preparation of various correspondence
your profile
– Completed basic commercial training in the insurance industry or in the hospital sector
or
– Basic medical training with professional experience in a commercial or administrative position
– Mother tongue German
– Good knowledge of French is an advantage
– Good PC skills (MS Office)
– Open and communicative personality
– Independent and careful way of working
