It can be assumed that this is also why Taťána writes about her husband in the lawsuit that he is sexually vulnerable, likes to change into women’s clothes and, in the role of a woman, demanded sex from her.

According to the clergyman, it is quite common for spouses to throw the biggest dirt on each other when trying to annul their church marriage. Even so, the processes are said to normally drag on for a very long time. Sometimes spouses even have to apply for annulment repeatedly.

No intercourse and misrepresentation

Although the annulment of a church marriage is sometimes very lengthy and does not have a clear result, there are several reasons that the church court takes into account more than others. Those who, for example, did not fulfill their marital vows with sexual intercourse, cannot have children together, or one of the spouses was misled by not being told the truth about the other party’s state of health before the marriage, have a greater chance of success. According to the clergyman, another legitimate reason is, for example, the systematic rejection of the values ​​of marriage, such as fidelity, inseparability and the birth of offspring.
