(wl) The first chairwoman Ursula Hübner welcomed those present, in particular the honorary board member Trudel Schreiber, the choir director Harald Sinner and the inactive members to this year’s annual general meeting with new elections. The meeting of the deceased members of the years 2019 and 2020 followed with a minute’s silence. It was a special date after the long pandemic. The corona-related regulations were of course observed.
After the approval of the agenda, Nadja Eiche reported that she had carefully read the minutes of the 2019 general meeting and confirmed that they were complete. This was followed by the reports of the chairperson, des
Treasurer and the treasurer and the subsequent discharge of the entire board.
Trudel Schreiber took over the election management for the election of the new board. The election resulted in the following result:
1 chairwoman Ursula Hübner, 2nd chairman and press officer Wolfgang Loring, treasurer and sheet music officer Norbert Saul, deputy. Treasurer Sieglinde Euler and Wolfgang Loring, secretary Meike Schöffel. The following were elected as assessors: Renate Kettner, Christa Paetzold, Sieglinde Euler, Siegbert Krey. Nadja Eiche, Rosemarie Luley and Dieter Hübner have been elected as auditors.
For the coming year, the choir hopes that the club’s failed anniversary can take place as 150 + 2. After all, many events that the choir has grown fond of have been thwarted. The performances that have already been completed have been received very positively and give hope for the future.
