Like every year, the Moulins Trade Academy and the municipality are preparing the traditional back-to-school sale. Scheduled Sunday, September 3, in the city center, traders will unpack bargains in front of their store. The Sunday morning food market will be maintained and in the afternoon free entertainment will be offered. The city of Moulins, the Académie du commerce de Moulins, Moulins Promotion, the CCI Allier and all the member trade associations, partners for this event, are doing everything possible for the good organization of this commercial festival.
