3. Search content: name, citizenship number, gender, age, ethnicity, education level, migration, work, marriage and childbirth, death, housing situation, etc.

5. Survey method: The government’s statistical survey agency will send surveyors to households for registration, or survey respondents will register by completing their own reports through the web. When registering at home, the inspector will provide the work certificate issued by the statistical agency of the people’s government at the county level and above.

According to the “Statistical Law of the People’s Republic of China”, statistical survey subjects will provide the information required for national statistical surveys in a true, accurate, complete and timely manner in accordance with the law. Government statistical agencies at all levels and their statisticians will keep the personal information of survey subjects confidential.

7. If local people’s governments at all levels, departments, units and their responsible persons, statistical organizations and statisticians at all levels commit illegal activities during surveys, they will be held accountable according to the law. If the subject of the investigation prevents statistical organizations and statisticians from performing their work, thus violating the regulation of public security, they will be punished by the public security organizations according to the law.
