New regulations for schools, day care centers, day care centers, holiday day care and organized play groups for children from Monday, April 12, 2021
The Munich District Office has just announced that due to the current 7-day incidence of 83.0 (as of April 9, 2021), the following regulations will come into force on Monday, April 12:
- Schools (Section 18 of the 12. BayIfSMV):
In rural districts and urban districts where the 7-day incidence is between 50 and 100, face-to-face lessons (provided the minimum distance of 1.5 m can be reliably and consistently maintained) or alternating lessons take place.

- Day care centers, day care centers, holiday day care and organized play groups for children (Section 19 of the 12. BayIfSMV):
In rural districts and urban districts, in which the 7-day incidence is between 50 and 100, the facilities can only open if care is provided in fixed groups (limited regular operation).
(Section 19 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 No. 2 of the 12th BayIfSMV).
These Notice comes into force on Monday, April 12th, 2021 and expires on Sunday, April 18th, 2021.
