After three seasons on the circuit, the Vegas Golden Knights will soon make an important workforce announcement: the appointment of the first franchise master.

The Nevada media also adds the names of the Knights’ defender and union representative, Nate Schmidt, and former Montreal Canadiens left winger Max Pacioretty as potential “C” candidates.
The latter became the 29th captain in the history of the Habs in September 2015 and the American occupied the role until the transaction which sent him to Nevada, three years later.
Pacioretty has been his top scorer this season, collecting 66 points, including 32 goals.

DeBoer has also hinted that Quebec goalkeeper Marc-André Fleury may be back on the ice before the next weekend.
