Announced land price of Jeju Standard Land next year (proposal) 8.34%↑… 5th from the bottom

Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, read the publicly announced land price (draft) on the standard land as of January 1, 2021 on the 24th-Start hearing opinions

Next year, the published land price of the Jeju Standard Land (plan) is expected to rise by 8.34% compared to this year.

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport announced on the 24th that it will proceed with the procedure for viewing the owners and hearing opinions on the’publicly announced land price (draft) as of January 1, 2021′ of 520,000 standard parcels by January 12 next year.

In 2021, the rate of change in the publicly announced land price (proposal) of the standard land was 10.37%. There are 520,000 standard lands nationwide, and in Jeju, 11,161 lands are included as standard lands.

The announced land price (draft) for the Jeju Standard Land for next year was 8.34%, up 3.9%p from this year (4.44%). It is the fifth lowest among 17 cities and provinces nationwide.

Sejong was the highest in the country with 12.38%, followed by Seoul (11.41%), Gwangju (11.39%), Busan (11.08%), and Daegu (10.92%).

The price ratio of Jeju standard paper is ▲46.3% (4702 places) less than 100,000 won per 1㎡ ▲47.1% (4789 places) from 100,000 won to less than 1 million won ▲6.6% (669 places) from 1 million won to less than 10 million won ▲10 million won More than ~ less than 20 million won 0% (1 place) ▲ More than 20 million won 0% (0 place), etc.

The government estimates that next year’s standard land price (draft) will be actualized at 68.4%. This is a 2.9 percentage point increase from this year (65.5%).

The published land price of standard land becomes an indicator of general land transactions and is the basis for calculating the individual publicly announced land price. It is also used as a standard for various taxes, charges, and health insurance premiums.

The published land price (draft) can be viewed on the website of the official real estate price notice or at the civil petition office of each city, county, or district.

Those who have opinions can submit their opinions by January 12 of next year through the official real estate public price notice website or through the civil petition office of each city/gun/gu.

After listening to opinions, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport will hold a deliberation by the Central Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee to finalize and disclose the publicly announced prices of standard sites around February 1 of next year.
