The application of the second dose of the Pfizer-brand COVID-19 vaccine for adolescents aged 14 to 17 will take place from March 22 to 28, in 25 municipalities of the entity.
The vaccination schedule for 6,978 minors who received the first dose approximately three weeks ago is expected to be completed.
The municipalities in which the biological will be administered are: Chihuahua (rural area), Cusihuiriachi, Riva Palacio, Camargo, Jiménez, Julimes, La Cruz, Meoqui, Rosales, Saucillo, San Francisco de Conchos, Guerrero, Madera, Matachi, Ocampo, Temósachic, Ahumada, Janos, Coyame del Sotol, Manuel Benavides, Ojinaga, Ascención, Galeana, Práxedis G. Guerrero and Guadalupe.
On Tuesday the 22nd, the operation begins in the northern rural area of the municipality of Chihuahua; that is, the ejidos Nuevo Sacramento, Ocampo, El Sauz, La Esperanza and Los Sauces.
On Wednesday the 23rd, it will be held in Cusihuiriachi, Riva Palacio, Camargo, Julimes, Meoqui, Guerrero, Matachi, Temósachic, Ahumada, Janos and Galeana.
On Thursday 24, in Jiménez, La Cruz, Rosales, Madera, Ocampo and Ascensión; on Friday the 25th, in Saucillo, San Francisco de Conchos, Coyame del Sotol, Manuel Benavides and Ojinaga. Finally, on Monday the 28th it will be applied in Guadalupe and Práxedis G. Guerrero.
The requirements to receive the second dose are: proof of the first dose, printed Pre-registration format, downloadable from the page mivacuna.salud.gob.mx, as well as a copy of the Unique Population Registry Code (CURP).
