Anniversary concert of Empress V.Aivars “You have to wish!”

With the anniversary concert program “You have to wish!” composer Valdis Aivars will celebrate his 70th birthday.
“All songs are self-composed – both melodies and lyrics. On my semicircular anniversary 5 years ago, I promised a new program and now I invite you to evaluate what has happened, “says the jubilee and adds,” if we want something very, very much, it often comes true – we just have to wish! “
The songs written by V.Aivars will be performed by the Liepaja Folk Art and Culture Center men’s vocal ensemble “Dziedonis” (conductor V.Aivars) and the mixed choir “Lauma” (conductor M.Paipare), musical accompaniment – Rucava rural chapel “Paurupīte”.
